The Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center hosts four research facilities: the Data Center, led by David Fusté; the Neuroimaging Platform, led by Marc Colomé; the Research Management Office, led by Dr. Carolina Minguillón; and the Fluid Biomarkers Facility, led by Dr. Marta del Campo and scientifically advised by Dr. Marc Suárez-Calvet. The aim of these facilities is to increase the efficiency of the data collection and exploitation for research projects, particularly of the Alfa study. They are also responsible for the incorporation of new technologies in the field of Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases research at the center.
